Nispetiye Mahallesinde bulunan merhum İbrahim Bodur Bey’in sahibi olduğu yapı dönemin meşhur mimarları tarafından tasarlanmış olup, 2020 yılı yazında firmamız tarafından tüm çatıları sökülerek baştan yapılmış ve kenetli sistem bakır kaplama yapılarak tamamlanmıştır.
