İcadiye Mahallesi Türk Hatun Sokak Kentsel Dönüşüm Projesi
Kadıköy İlçesi, Rasimpaşa Mahallesi, Beydağı sokağında Vakıflar Genel Müdürlüğü mülkiyetindeki tescilli eski eser ahşap yapı, Bodrum kat seviyesine kadar yıkılmış metrük durumda iken, Kurul onaylı projesine uygun olarak Rekonstrüksiyonu Firmamız tarafından Ahşap Karkas taşıyıcı sistemi ile 8 ay gibi kısa bir sürede yapılarak kullanıma açılmıştır.
