Located in the Caferağa Neighborhood in the Kadıköy-Moda district, a lively neighborhood with heavy pedestrian and vehicle traffic, the 5-storey building in the Typical Fashion House typology was restored and opened for use in a short period of 8 months, using entirely original materials from the years it was first built.
